Green curry is best-known foods from Thailand. Traditionally made by chili, turmeric, kaffir lime leave, lemongrass, galangal, shallot, garlic, coriander, cumin and sweet basil. It is originated from Central part of Thailand introduced by early Portuguese traders. This curry is called in Thai as “Kaeng Kiew Waan” which means “sweet green curry”. Green curry is hot but the sweetness of the dish is somewhat balanced in this curry.
